To assure high community standards, the construction process is governed by our convenants, conditions, and restrictions. All construction plans are reviewed and approved by the Architectural Control Committee to assure the CCRs have been followed.

Environmental Consciousness

The most important responsibility we have as developers in building Apanas Lake Estates is to preserve this dramatic setting for you and the future generations of your family.

Therefore, we require the materials used in construction be 100% ecologically friendly. The wood must come from Nicaraguan forests that are certified by the International Organization, the Forest Stewardship Council.
