Upon completion of Phase One, the following amenities, infrastructure, and services will be available.

• APANAS LAKE ESTATES offers a wide variety of amenities that make living in the Nicaraguan countryside as comfortable as living in the United States or Europe.
• The clubhouse, know as “The Lodge,” uses natural woods and rock to create a warm atmosphere that blends in with the mountainside. Lush gardens, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and dining area surround it.
• For anglers, there is a boat dock for motorboats, kayaks, and other light craft.
• There are horses for rent. If you are not an expert rider, our wrangler will be happy to give you a lesson.
• Miles of hiking trails, exciting scenic overlooks and picnic areas provide an endless array of places to explore.
• Future upgrades include a workout room, spa, business center, stables, and boat slips for lease.

Infrastructure

Each lot is equipped with World Class infrastructure. The roads are paved all the way from the International Airport in Managua to the property. Underground utilities provide electricity and water. Each resident is required to build a standard septic system, which was designed specifically for the property to be ecologically friendly. The community is gated, and there is a 24-hour security, seven days a week.
